Tony and Martin were both fantastic but as I dealt heavily with Tony I have to say he gave 100% customer service, he responded to me so promptly and we always kept good humour. He was so accommodating and made me feel that no ask was a big ask. We visited 2 of the major kitchen companies then went to Yate Kitchen Co. Martin and Tony could not have been more helpful and were professional but friendly at the same time. When Joe, the fitter first visited he mentioned that he may not be able to fit one of the cupboards exactly as we wanted but would try and if necessary change it when he came to fit it. He was totally correct and had to order a different part to fulfil what we wanted but did so without fuss or hassle to us. Joe kept us informed every step of the way and fitted everything to an exact standard. All the other workmen did a great job too and we are really pleased with the finished kitchen. Martin and Tony go the extra mile every time so when my daughter bought a house they were the only company i could recommend and they were excellent. She had a very small space for a new kitchen and they put together a hell of a deal for her with extra care and advice as it was all new to her. A friend recommended Yate Kitchens as they had recently had a kitchen supplied and fitted by them and rated them highly. We spoke with Yate and were blown away but how helpful they were, nothing was too much trouble, and they offered really good advice when needed. Joe fitted our kitchen, and I cannot recommend him highly enough, really took his time to ensure a top-quality finish, he communicated what was going on and when and ensured all the trades needed were lined up at the right time.
