Yate kitchens provided us with a kitchen refurb (everything apart from the carcasses) plus a bespoke coffee station and some other little bits. The customer service is excellent and they were cheaper than dream doors plus we got a much better quality worktop. Joe the fitter was excellent and his attention to detail second to none. We had our kitchen designed and supplied by Yate Kitchen Company and we couldn't be happier with the result. Tony was absolutely brilliant with the design – he really listened to what we wanted and turned our ideas into a dream kitchen. Nothing felt rushed or off-the-shelf; it was clear he put a lot of thought into every detail and came up with practical solutions without faltering on the design. Martin was also fantastic, making sure everything was delivered on time and kept the whole process smooth, even with our unexpected delays. The quality of the kitchen and the worktops are excellent, and is exactly what we hoped it would be. The service from start to finish was faultless. We can't recommend Yate Kitchen Company enough! I am so happy we went with Yate kitchens, they came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. I’m in love with our new kitchen! Tony and Martin were both fantastic but as I dealt heavily with Tony I have to say he gave 100% customer service, he responded to me so promptly and we always kept good humour. He was so accommodating and made me feel that no ask was a big ask. On delivery of the kitchen, Martin arrived all smiles and happy to help us unload, highlighting all the information we would need. 5 star service, would 100% recommend.

We visited 2 of the major kitchen companies then went to Yate Kitchen Co. Martin and Tony could not have been more helpful and were professional but friendly at the same time. When Joe, the fitter first visited he mentioned that he may not be able to fit one of the cupboards exactly as we wanted but would try and if necessary change it when he came to fit it. He was totally correct and had to order a different part to fulfil what we wanted but did so without fuss or hassle to us. Joe kept us informed every step of the way and fitted everything to an exact standard. All the other workmen did a great job too and we are really pleased with the finished kitchen. I have already recommended Yate Kitchens to a neighbour and will do so again to anyone who asks me about them. 5 star service all the way.

This company is simply great and how all kitchen supply companies should be run. Martin and Tony go the extra mile every time so when my daughter bought a house they were the only company i could recommend and they were excellent. She had a very small space for a new kitchen and they put together a hell of a deal for her with extra care and advice as it was all new to her. We had visited a number of kitchen companies including the big well-known ones. A friend recommended Yate Kitchens as they had recently had a kitchen supplied and fitted by them and rated them highly. We spoke with Yate and were blown away but how helpful they were, nothing was too much trouble, and they offered really good advice when needed. Joe fitted our kitchen, and I cannot recommend him highly enough, really took his time to ensure a top-quality finish, he communicated what was going on and when and ensured all the trades needed were lined up at the right time. In summary, you won't regret choosing Yate to supply and fit your kitchen.

From first visiting the showroom we were looked after. They listened to our ideas and after first draft they were happy to listen to our input of alternate ideas. Good communication from start to finish. My only gripe would be when delivered it was only driver and van so we had to off load ourselves which is awkward when ready built and only my daughter and myself to assist.
